The Water in Iceland

Of course, Iceland pipes water everywhere from its geothermal springs. More than fuel for spas, this water provides energy for the city, heat and even flows when you turn on the shower. It has a unique quality which at first seems weird, but over time, you’ll grow to love it.

The water smells. Specifically, it smells like the fried eggs served on bodega breakfast sandwiches. If you’re like me, and eat bodega breakfasts regularly, it will remind me of home. If you’re not like me, change. You’ll thank me.
